3D Weather
I wrote a volumetric cloud renderer using Metal, and powered by real-time satellite imagery. It's not a scientifically rigorous visualization, but it adds a ton of interest and realism, all with an existing Mapbox backend.
Physically-Based Maps
I combined satellite imagery with open data on land use, vegetation, waterways and elevation to produce map textures for Physically-Based Rendering.
Maps for iOS Scenekit
I implemented features like polyline and shapefile rendering, fixed reported issues, and improved documentation for the Scenekit SDK
World-scale AR
